Take the NY-442 exit, EXIT 35, toward Peru/Port Kent.

Turn right onto Bear Swamp Rd/NY-442.
Then 1.02 miles

Turn right onto Main St/NY-22.
Then 0.20 miles

Take the 2nd left onto Pleasant St/NY-22B. Continue to follow NY-22B.
NY-22B is just past Mason Hill Rd.

Turn left onto Mannix Rd/County Hwy-16. Continue to follow Mannix Rd.
