Do you take Credit Cards?

We gladly accept credit cards.

How are trees shipped?

We do not arrange shipping but will work with whomever you choose. Notify us of the shippers schedule and when they arrive here we will load your trees.

Can I buy one tree?

You can buy one tree or multiple trees. We recommend that you buy as many trees at one time as your job requires. This will help you in achieving a volume discount.

When can I get trees?

You can come choose your trees and pre-tag them anytime by calling 518-643-7008 and making an appointment. We will dig the trees between August 15 and August 20th. If you miss these dates we will continue digging until the ground starts to freeze. Christmas trees will be available between Thanksgiving day and Christmas eve. See our hours here.

Can we cut our own Christmas Tree?

We do not allow our customers to cut their own tree do to insurance restrictions. You choose your tree and one of our field attendants will cut it for you and bring it up out of the field.

Can I Pre Tag a Christmas Tree before the Season?

Yes you can. We allow customers to pretag christmas trees beginning in August.

When can I come Tag Landscaping Trees?

You can come choose your landscaping trees any time by calling 518-643-7008 and making an appointment.

How long in advance do I need to order a Custom Wreath?

The lead time varies depending on the size, quantity and complexity. Although we try and accomodate our customers we do suggest ordering your wreath at least two weeks in advance.
